Vendor Agreement

Rally Dates:    October 9th thru 12 2024

Vendor Set-up:   October 8th

If you do not check-in BEFORE 9:00pm, you must wait until the following morning to check-in. 
Gate opens at 8:00am daily.

50%  deposit is required with application and can be done over the phone with credit card. Final payment must be made at vendor check-in in the form of credit card, cash, money order or cashier check.  Personal checks are not accepted.

NO ATV’s ALLOWED
NO GOLF CARTS

Pets are to be kept out of sight of general public. NO PETS OVER 20 lbs UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF SERVICE DOCUMENTS AT THE GATE UPON ARRIVAL.

INSIDE VENDING SPACE SIZE & FEES:

    20’ x 20’   =     $800.00

    30’ x 20’   =     $1000.00    


* All spaces have three 20 amp receptacles inside the booth and one 50 amp receptacle located outside at the back of the booth. Running water is also included at the back of the booth.

* A $10/day fee is charged for the 50 amp service for your RV or other forms of vehicles/tents that require utilizing the electric service.

OUTSIDE VENDING SPACE SIZE & FEES:

* outside vending space is ONLY FOR VENDORS THAT CANNOT, under any circumstance, be inside an indoor booth. EX: “The Tire Guy”, “Exhaust Guy”, “Pinstriping”, Etc.

Four (4) passes for the rally are included with the vending fee. All employee names, including the business owner/s, are to be listed below. Identification needs to be present upon check-in.

If additional passes are needed outside of the four passes included in the Vendor Agreement contract, there is a $55.00 per person charge for additional passes.


NO PART OF YOUR SET UP MAY EXTEND BEYOND PURCHASED SPACE.

TENT TIE DOWNS
TRAILER HITCHES
CAMPERS
CANOPIES
ETC

Bring 100’ all-weather heavy duty extension cords. We will NOT furnish extension cords.

RULES

Angel City Motorcycle Rally & Music Festival reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
Half (1/2) of the total fee is due at time of booking. Credit card or Venmo accepted.
You are responsible for any Georgia sales tax and any City of Unadilla permits. This is also due at time of booking. The City of Unadilla permit is $50.00. No checks are accepted. Payment must be in the form Credit Card or Venmo with half of Vendor Fee deposit.
All vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their immediate area daily, or as needed, and upon departure.
VENDORS MAY NOT SELL ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES. (Unless pre-approved by Angel City)
NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason. IE: any cancelations, removal for cause, or act of God.
Failure to abide by rules will result in removal from event and all fees will be forfeited. 
OUTSIDE MERCHANDISING DISPLAYS shall only be displayed on the interior side of the sidewalk. The sidewalk closest to the “road” will be clear of any and all merchandise/displays. The displays on the outside/interior wall cannot be more than 30 inches in depth in order to allow customers to move freely along the sidewalk without any obstructions.
ALL FOOD & TATTOO VENDORS MUST HAVE, OR BE ABLE TO OBTAIN, A GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY WITH ANGEL CITY BEING THE ADDITIONALLY INSURED. ($1,000,000.00 LIMIT)
All other vendors must have, or be able to obtain, a general liability policy with Angel City being the additionally insured. ($300,000.00 limit)

FOR THOSE STAYING OVER NIGHT AT ANGEL CITY NEEDING ELECTRIC/WATER

Angel City has a 50 amp service and water behind each vendor booth. For those needing accommodations it is a $10.00 per day fee. You must bring suitable containers to handle your gray and black water. There is a “pump truck” on the property. You can get the phone number off of any of the portable toilets if needed, or you can check with the ticket booth and they can help you. ** If you have a 30 amp service, you will need to bring a 50 amp adapter. We DO NOT PROVIDE AN ADAPTER.


Water/Electric is available for $10 day                             

  

NSURANCE: ALL VENDORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. OUR INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT COVER YOU!! 
YOU MUST HAVE SOME KIND OF LIABILITY INSURANCE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN POLICY, THERE ARE COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE EVENT COVERAGE.
